The Current Conditions And Perfect Countermeasures Of Hengshui City, Hebei Province CPPCC Sectors Work

At present, China’s reform and opening up has entered in a crucial stage anddeep-water district, economic, political, cultural, social, ecological construction haveshown new features in this stage. In order to better seize the opportunity to establish asocialist harmonious society, and faster complete the building of a moderatelyprosperous society in all respects, we must fully unite the strength and wisdom ofpeople from all walks of life, fully stimulate the nation’s enthusiasm and creativity.The CPPCC Organization is China’s unique political organization,which plays moreand more important role in coordinating relations, pooling strength and makingproposals in the overall interests of the country. A remarkable feature of the CPPCCorganizations is that it’s composed by sectors. Sectors now have become an importantorganizational form of the CPPCC members activities and an effective carrier tofulfill the CPPCC’s functions. In promoting scientific development, resolving socialconflicts, promoting social harmony, the CPPCC sectors members are playing theirown unique advantages to represent, close and unite the masses. How to better playthe role of the CPPCC sectors and urge them to better perform their functions is animportant issue we are facing. This paper, from the perspective of the CPPCC sectorsbasic theories, discusses and researches the sectors work practice that Hengshui CityHebei Provice CPPCC carried out, combining with the specific regionalcharacteristics, analyzes the problems arising in the current sectors work and itsreasons, puts forward some concrete solutions in the hope of providing somereferences for local authorities to understand the situations, solve the problems ormake the policies.This paper discusses according to the idea of introducing the questions-analysising the questions-solving the questions. It is divided into five chapters: Thefirst chapter is an introduction, mainly describes this paper’s background and purpose,current research and innovation, research methods and content frame. The secondchapter mainly discusses the related theories of CPPCC and the CPPCC sectors work,including the CPPCC brief introduction, the CPPCC sectors development and itsconcept, characteristics, functions and the basic principles of its work. The thirdchapter describes introduces Hengshui and Hengshui CPPCC general situation, the conditions about sectors setting in Hengshui and Hengshui CPPCC sectors workpractice. The fourth chapter researches and concludes the problems in the HengshuiCPPCC sectors activities including loose and free activities arrangement, fixedpersonnel and lagging sectors setting. Then it analyzes the causes of these problemsthat weak personality of political parties, frail members sector’s awareness, limitedorganization form, short of long-term working mechanism. About the problemsexsiting in the Hengshui CPPCC sectors activities, the fifth chapter puts forward thecountermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the research of sectors’ work, enhancethe sectors organization establishment, improve the sectors working mechanism, andinnovate the sectors working methods.
