Political absorption,a fundamental strategy of the ruling party,serves for better and more effective governance and regime.Political absorption plays a significant role during the whole process of foundation of nation-state and modernization of national governance system;and it is also of great value to maintaining political stability.Chinese Party of Communism,the leading core of the whole political system,works as a decisive part of the allocation of national political resources.As to CPC's leading political absorption,it is mainly based on organizational absorption,namely through recruiting party members,setting up party's grassroots sectors and spreading party's political culture,all of which manifest great power for absorption.Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference,a very important institutional platform for political absorption,provides a legal and effective channel of political participation for non-CPC social groups and specific personality.Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference consists of sectors,the changes of which demonstrate the adjustment CPC has made on the objects of absorption as a leading subject during different historical periods.The historical evolution of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference's sectors also manifest how CPC,the only ruling power,extensively absorbs elites from all walks of life,efficiently allocates new political resources to maintain political stability and achieve political development.This paper is designed to discuss the Chinese Party of Communism's method of political absorption and analyze the significance of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference as the platform for political absorption.The whole framework will be focused on the idea that political absorption works as a way to achieve best allocation of resources;and the paper will choose to show the historical clue of sectors' change in constitution of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.In all,the paper aims to explore how CPC control the whole process of political absorption,adjust the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference's sectors to better strengthen its regime and maintain social stability.Besides,this paper will also focus on the issue of the ruling party's political absorption in new era,especially the potential problem of adjusting the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference's sectors.
