The Research On China’s Protection Of Historic Buildings

Cultural relics and historical sites, especially historic buildings, areconcentrations of history and precipitation of culture of a country. Historicalbuildings are the most direct and most important manifestations of history andculture. If the historic buildings were destroyed, the history and spiritual culturebearing on it will be seriously and adversely impacted. Undoubtedly,strengthening the protection of historic buildings has great significance.In this thesis, the writer does research on historical buildings laws andregulations, simultaneously combing laws and regulations with the reality.Through the research, it is found that the main problems exist in two aspects: theresistances of relevant bodies and the flaws of procedure design. Thus, to solvethese two problems, in this thesis, the writer gives relevant advices from theperspective of the local government and the private owner of historicalbuildings.
