Research On The Legal System Of China Historical And Cultural City Protection

With the further development of China's historical and cultural protection consciousness gradually strengthen and protection work, the importance of establishing city protection legal system becomes more and more important. Under this background, this paper take Jianshui as a case study, the sources of law review the national historical and cultural city protection, the analysis to find the existing problems and shortcomings, learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad to improve, it is proposed to construct a complete set of historical and cultural relics protection law system of the opinions and suggestions.
