Study On The Problem And Measure Of Historical And Cultural Industry In Chaoyang's Government Management

Cultural industry has the characteristics of 'green,smokeless ',it has become the sunrise pillar industry of every countries in the world.The Chinese government is becoming more and more attention to the development of cultural industry,especially what the cultural industry become a pillar industry of national economy has written in the 13 th Five-Year Plan,it shows that cultural industry will welcome in the booming period of strategic opportunities in China.Chaoyang was known as China excellent tourism city and the provincial historical and cultural city,it has rich unique historical and cultural resources around the whole domain.In recent years,Chaoyang government attached increasing importance to the development of cultural industry,meanwhile key culture industrial park construction and culture system reform has obtained certain progresses.However,compared with the rich historical and cultural resources,the government has not attract enough attention to the development of historical and cultural industry,and it still has some problems for efficiently managing the historical and cultural industry.Study on the problem and measure of historical and cultural industry in Chaoyang's government management has become an important research topic.On the basis of analyzing the concept of cultural industry,historical and cultural industry and their relations and research status at domestic and overseas,the article has built the theory of historical and cultural industry management of local government.On the analysis of the achievements of historical and cultural industry in Chaoyang city,the research puts forward the problems existing in the government management from the government management subject,object,content and method respectively and then analyzes the reasons.Learning the successful experience of historical and cultural industry government management from the New York,London,Paris,Beijing,Hangzhou and Suzhou city,the measures of perfecting historical and cultural industry in Chaoyang government management is innovating the government management concept,speeding up the pace of the historical and cultural industrial park construction,setting up a complete historical and cultural industry policy system and promoting cultural industry efforts in the construction of hard and soft environment.
