| With the rapid development of the economy,residents' pursuit of urban living quality has gradually improved.It is particularly important to introduce the concept of urban refined management in the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and improve the urban management efficiency by improving the urban environment.Wenzhou Longwan District is one of the four major urban areas in Wenzhou City,and it is also an urban area with better economic and social development conditions.In recent years,the construction of urban and rural sanitation has been continuously improved,and the city's green and colorful actions have been gradually carried out.Digital urban management has achieved initial results,and harmonious demolition has continued to advance,providing a relatively good social environment for refined urban management,but there are also fine management levels.Not high,the division of labor in various departments is not clear,and the management concept is not advanced.This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis method and case analysis method to study this problem.In-depth analysis of the deep-seated reasons for its urban law enforcement environment,supervision mechanism,team building,and working methods.Combining the advanced concepts and practical experiences of fine cities with fine management at home and abroad,it puts forward suggestions and measures for improving the fine management of Longwan District in Wenzhou from the aspects of system construction,team management and working methods:perfecting laws and regulations,and rationalizing management mechanisms Strengthen team building,increase publicity,strengthen management measures,strengthen law enforcement management,and scientifically integrate resources.According to local conditions,it is suitable for the refined management of Wenzhou Longwan District to improve the city management level and further enhance the city competitiveness of Wenzhou Longwan District. |
