Research On Urban Fine Management In Fengxian District Of Shanghai

Urban fine management is a management method for the city to optimize the allocation of urban resources and rationalize the operation of the city on the basis of existing public resources.Through the redistribution and integration of existing resources,intelligent management of scientific dispatch,overall arrangement,and green energy saving will be realized,thereby improving the management efficiency of the entire city.Fengxian District,Shanghai,seriously implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s requirement of "exploring a new path of management for super-large cities with Chinese characteristics,and constantly improving the level of urban management" during Xi’s visit in Shanghai,and effectively improve the city’s management level.This work is of great significance for promoting the modernization of the city.This paper takes the new urbanism management theory,urban marketing theory,and managing urban theory as the theoretical basis for research.Based on the influence of the fine management system on urban development,the research methods such as literature review,comparative analysis,and visit investigation were used to conduct on-the-spot investigations on the fine management of Fengxian District by reviewing the domestic and international information on urban fine management,to understand the current status of urban fine management in Fengxian District.Through interviews with community residents,residents’cadres,and functional personnel in government departments,it was found that Fengxian District had problems such as extensive management,insufficient social participation,unclear urban management boundaries,and unclear powers and responsibilities.By drawing on the advanced experience in the process of urban fine management in Pudong New Area,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the functions of urban management project,optimization of grid platform application,and improvement of management services.This paper aims to provide reference for China’s current urban fine management work to better serve the overall situation.
