In recent years, China's urbanization has entered a new era, The speed and quality of urbanization is higher than before. In this situation, the implementation of the land transfer is also carried out smoothly, resulting in a large number of rural surplus labor force, which could strengthen the team of migrant workers, and migrant workers in the integration of with migrant workers in the city with the increase of the number and has received more attention. In the new period, migrant workers is not just to make money but to take home, stay In the city to become worthy of the name of the public. But there is still a lot of factors hindering the transformation of migrant workers to the public, so that migrant workers although in cities and urban residents like to contribute to the urban construction, but are unable to enjoy benefits due to the public and to obtain citizenship. They are "marginal people" of the city, all the time to struggle to integrate into the city.This article mainly uses the research method for the quantitative research.650 migrant workers in Weihai city were investigated by questionnaire, and 498 valid questionnaires were coded and statistics. The research of this paper is based on the quantitative analysis of the 498 questionnaires.Based on the theory of social exclusion, social distance theory, social capital theory and social identity theory as the theoretical foundation to construct the six dimensional analysis framework, including economic, institutional, social, psychological, children of migrant workers and the public attitude six dimensions. The 498 questionnaires will be analyzed in accordance with the six dimensional framework, and found that the urban integration of migrant workers in Weihai is unsatisfactory. We analyze the institutional and non-institutional factors that cause this situation, put forward reasonable suggestions from the system reform and improve the individual capital of migrant workers, in order to contribute to the successful integration of migrant workers into the city.
