A Study Of Emergency Response Strategy Based On Stakeholders And Game Theory

The paper was focused on applying stakeholders and game theoryinto the research of emergency response strategy and wished to find out anew method to tackle with the problem of emergency response whenunexpected events of groups happened, so as to improve the socialsecurity.After the literatures of stakeholder and game theory had beenreviewed in the first part, the basic concept of the paper was pointed outin the second part of the essay. By comparing with the status ofemergency response management in American, Japan and Germany, thepaper presented some experiences and lessons for resent nationalemergency response status. In the fourth part, the paper use cooperativegame Shapley value and Nash Equilibrium to analysis two practices cases.Try utmost to propose some suggestions on strategies of emergencyresponse from the corner of stakeholders, judicial and laws.
