Research On Development Strategy For Chengde Jianlong Cement Factory

With the competitive environment becoming move and more complicated and changeful, Enterprise Development Strategy becomes so important to the existence and development of modern enterprises. How to establish proper strategy becomes the main problem that strategy research and evaluation should resolve. According to the development venation and changing of internal and external environment factors of Cement Factory of Chengde Jianlong Steel Cement Ltd., Co. (JF for short), and with the methods of theories contacting facts, and qualitative analysis combining quantitative analysis, this thesis gives a deep analysis and research on the external environment and internal conditions of JF, and concludes the chances and threats of JF brought by its external environment, and the advantages and disadvantages inside the company. Based on this, it utilizes IFE, EFE and SWOT matrix to generally analyze the internal and external pivotal factors, and gives out the alternate strategy project. Then it evaluates the alternate project with QSPM quantitative strategy plan matrix. At last, it gives out the development strategy of JF, which is "Removing Management, Products Development, Marketing Penetration, and Dimension Development". The establishment and implementation of this strategy shows clearly the direction of JF's development in several years in the future.
