Study On The Innovation And Management Of Community Social Organization Under The New Situation

With the process of building a socialist harmonious society, the community isplaying an increasingly important role, community social organizations also have alarger development. However, development of our country and our city communitysocial organization is not mature enough that some of the bottleneck problems havenot been effectively resolved. This paper is based on the current status of thedevelopment of community social organizations, taking XiaWafang Street forexample which is in Hexi District, Tianjin, to put forward a solution for themanagement and innovation of Tianjin community social organizationsThis paper starts from the concept of community social organization, analyzingthe characteristics and classification of community social organization, as well asdrawing on the theory of predecessors and the advanced development model offoreign countries to analyze the effect and significance of strengthening andinnovating the construction of community social organizations in Tianjin under thenew situation. Secondly, from reality, takes XiaWafang Street for example, to discussthe current development of community social organization through the community forinstance, to know that the community social organization plays an important role incommunity building. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and case studies,explore the basic ideas of building community social organizations by the localgovernments.
