"The Interaction Among The Community,social Organization And Social Work Team" Participates In The Practice Study Of Community Governance

With the rapid development of social cities in China,the community has begun to highlight its important role in the form of individual units of social governance.Whether it is the life of the community or the activities of the amateur culture,it is inseparable from the community,which is closely related to each of us.Given the importance of the community is more and more obvious,the urban areas are actively exploring seeks to explore further the development of community social work methods and specific measures,seeking to innovation community governance model,Xi Cheng District of Beijing as a "linkage" three clubs pilot city,efforts to build "three social linkage" model with the characteristic of Xi Cheng,to further promote community organization,community,social organization,professional social work professionals can promote each other,complement each other,more effective community residents in community governance,effectively promote the community residents of the community public affairs practice ability,to further expand community social work professional development space.Paper in Xi Cheng District in Beijing Xinjiekou Street a community to carry out the "three social linkage" project as an example,the author as a social work professional internship,join the professional social work organization in the community to carry out the "three social linkage",in the practical work of participatory observation and interview method,to explore "three social linkage mechanism" to join the community governance,the effective and concrete measures.So this article is based on the author's personal practice as the foundation,with the identity of the participants and observer to join the "three social linkage mechanism to participate in community governance,working on a project is intended to explore" three social linkage mechanism involved in the concrete practice of the community governance measures and results.In communities of practice work,found that "three social linkage mechanism to participate in community governance has already achieved some stage results,but there are still some problems to be solved,such as:" three social linkage "the concept of fuzzy,social workers to the degree of specialization is not fully reflect social organizations,community autonomy is not enough and can not fully link social existing resources,etc.,these problems need to continue to improve and improve in future practice.Therefore,in this paper,some countermeasures and thinking are put forward to solve the problem.For example,we should give full play to the professional help of social workers from the real needs of the residents.Integrating existing resources of the community;To guide the community residents to participate actively,so as to improve the level of community governance.
