Analysis On The Status Of Rural Community Correction

From Chinise current trial of the community correction pilot work, community correction are mainly concentrated in large and medium-sized cities and community, developed villages and towns, the development of urban community is relatively mature, also has a set of work system, many areas formed their own patterns. In the vast rural areas, such as the poor economic base, limited development conditions,human resources issue,the development of rural community correction is still at a disadvantage, concerns over rural community correction is less, not form a concrete train of thought and ideas, thus, the development of community correction between the urban and rural exists serious imbalance.Through practice in Z township of community correction,The author found that the relevant departments cooperate with poor, many jobs are borne by the judicial offices, and judicial offices staff, professional degree is not high, cause the big staff workload, the effect not fine.As the important resources of community correction—volunteers is not involved in the community correction, judicial offices education method is too single. To solve these problems, the author puts forward some suggestions, such as integrate community resources,take varieties of education methods, introduct professional staff, expand the volunteer team, build a professional work team, perfect rural financial support system.In rural community correction work, judicial offices bear the main work, the author thinks that the government, the social from groups and the people should actively create conditions and actively cooperate with the judicial offices, to assist the judicial offices, earnestly implement the functions of community correction, to ensure good implementation and operation of community correction, promote the development of the rural community correction work, improve the efficiency of the rural community correction.
