The Research On Present Situation Of Nursing Home In Tangshan City And The Project On The Promotion Of A Healthy And Happy Life Of The Elderly

In 1976,Tangshan City has experienced an unprecedented devastating earthquake disaster.In a short time,the city has become in ruins,and the disaster made many people disabled and even claimed 240 thousand lives.In the past 40 years,under the care of the party and the governments at all levels,Tangshan City has developed into a new industrial city.At present,Tangshan City has a total population of about 7 million 801 thousand and 200 people,with a population of about 1 million 280 thousand and 500 people aged over 60.Compared with the large and medium-sized cities in the country,the aging of population has become increasingly prominent.Aging exacerbated the "421" family development model,and the development and prospects of pension institutions has become a matter of concern.This paper is based on a survey of Tangshan City pension institutions,thus exploring the promotion plan old Kangle's life,which is aimed at improving the living status of the elderly and enriching lives of the elderly.This paper also provide better reference for the better development of pension institutions.Through the consultation of the civil affairs department and website inquiries,the Tangshan City area has a total of 49.The use of classification and scale stratified sampling,excluding the 2 Christian and 11 small scale(less than 30 beds)of the pension institutions,in line with the requirements of the investigation of the pension institutions for 36.There are 25 pension institutions whose bed size is below 100(including 100)and there are 11 pension institutions whose bed size is above 100.Randomly selected 16 and 6,a total of 22 pension institutions conducted a questionnaire survey.By means of mathematical statistics and the logic of the three kinds of results of 506 questionnaires and literature analysis,it demonstrates the general situation of 22 pension institutions and problems.Through three inve stigations using Delphi method,it develops a feasible solution to the elderly pension agency residential "Kangle" life.The main results are as follows : 1,in the sampling,there are 3 public and 19 private pension institutions,the total bed of the 22 institutions is 2410,occupancy rate is not balanced,with an average of $68.4%.2,as a result of the earthquake,there are more people with disabilities in Tangshan City,these people have been unable to fully take care of themselves in the past 40 years,which caused the Tangshan City city pension institutions to be more tense.3,from the point of view about the satisfaction of the questionnaire,the number of the elderly who are satisfied with it accounted for more than 71.8%,of which the proportion of high satisfaction is mostly from some of the better conditions of the elderly pension institutions.According to the research status for pension institutions in Tangshan,through the expert investigation method(Delphi method)three survey developed pension institutions promote the elderly living "Kangle" life to promote programs to promote sustainable and healthy development of Tangshan City pension institutions reference.The main problems are as follows: 1,in addition to Tangshan City pension institutions combining with several medical support in environment,facilities and personnel and other aspects of a more complete assurance,there is a little profit or it makes ends meet in most of the private pension institutions,which limits the development of institutions and the increase of facilities.2,Tangshan City pension institutions lack medical facilities and professional nursing staff,there are few people who have received professional training,the medical level is poor,the level of medical staff is low,which are the main problems in the nursing homes.3,Tangshan City pension institutions have many in common in the lack of sports and entertainment facilities and guidance personnel.,poor equipment,the lack of space,the single activity project,basically no professional guidance personnel.Conclusion:Due to the background of the earthquake,Tangshan City pension institutions not only contain patients,but contain the elderly and more people with disabilities,which is a major feature of the current pension institutions in Tangshan City.In the terms of the average level of the whole Tangshan City pension institutions,shortage of funds is the main reasons which limits the development level of sports facilities and can't improve nursing and perfect facilities and entertainment venues and the lack of professional guidance personnel.On the overall level of the Tangshan City pension institutions,only a few individual has reached the target level of security for the elderly to engage in life-long learning and recreation ";but most still maintain the" sense of security,old age' low level.Proposal:To improve the overall level of pension institutions,improve living conditions,improve sports and entertainment facilities,improve the nurses' ability level,medical security measures and to make the elderly live a healthy and happy life,further improving the occupancy rate is not only the basis for the sustainable development of pension institutions,but also is the basic source of funding.Fully grasp the current favorable policies of the party and the government,and improve the level of pension institutions,expand the impact of attracting funds from all aspects of society.According to the research on the status of Tangshan City city pension institutions,through the expert investigation method(Delphi method),we formulate a scheme which is aimed at promoting the elderly living "Kangle" life to facilitate the sustainable and healthy development of Tangshan City pension institutions reference.
