Objective:To investigate the quality of life and subjective satisfaction of female civil servants in Gansu Province, as well as the impact of different demographic characteristics on its, study the main influencing factors, make further understanding in their own quality of life, and for government agencies provide objective basis in terms of management and education work.Method:Use the life quality comprehensive evaluation questionnaire (GQOLI-74) as the questionnaire, to survey the situation of the quality,Using stratified random sampling method, randomly selected four areas of gansu province which are lanzhou, jinchang, zhang ye and pinliang,and then randomly selected a total of 214 respondents from the municipal authorities to administrative units at the grass-roots level, and to complete the questionnaire on-site uidance.Results:1. In general, Gansu Province female civil servants’ objective quality of life and the subjective life satisfaction in the middle level of the highest satisfaction, social function, function of material satisfaction is lowest.2. Display different demographic characteristics impact on quality of life of female civil servants in Gansu Province:the satisfaction of quality of life for those above the age of 50 is the worst and less than age of 30 is the best,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05) objective and there were not statistically significant differences (P>0.05) subjective; the higher the degree is the better quality of life, there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05) objective and there were not statistically significant differences (P>0.05) subjective; the capital city of the Lanzhou area’s quality of life significantly lower than the other three cities city, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); married life quality than the unmarried, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. Influence Factors of female civil life satisfaction is primarily of marriage and family, negative emotion, economic income, social support and sensory function.4.The major factors For overall evaluation is primarily of self-esteem,economic,conditions,leisure entertainment, physical discomfort, housing, work and study and negative emotion.Conclusion:Gansu Province, the quality of life and subjective satisfaction of female civil servants at a good level. But over 50 group, low education group, the group in lanzhou, and unmarried group are of relatively poor quality of life satisfaction.mental health education should be strengthened, pay attention to their health, job stress, economic income, emotional life and amateur entertainment, prevention of psychological barriers and job burnout.
