Study On Public Health System Civil Servants Subjective Well-Being Of Laos Vientiane City

Public health system civil servants subjective well-being not only has important influence on its own development, but also on administrative efficiency and public interest. This study is mainly study on health system civil servants subjective well-being of laos vientiane city.1, by adapting Argyle’s Oxford Happiness Inventory, and combination with questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis, this study classified the influence of Laos vientiane city public health system of civil servants Happiness factors, and provided a scientific basis for the measure of civil servant status of Happiness. 2, this study analyzed the influence factors of public health system civil servants subjective well-being on the basis of consulting lots of literature, evaluate the subjective well-being according to these indicators, and analyzed the reason scientifically and objectively. 3, according to the survey to public health system civil servants subjective well-being status and relevant experience abroad, this study put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions to raise civil servants well-being actually. This study found that public health system civil servants subjective well-being was in a higher level. In addition to marital status, religion and personality, public health system civil servants’ age, education level, gender, position,working years, and wages had a significant influence on subjective well-being. This study put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve public health system civil servants subjective well-being, such as strengthened the civil servants training, improved the civil servant’s promotion mechanism, improved the level of civil servants’ salaries and cultivated civil servants correct values of subjective well-being.
