Xianyang Young Civil Servants' Subjective Well-being Survey And Research

Happiness is the ultimate goal of life for everyone to cares about and to pursues.Subjective well-being is the comprehensive cognition,judgment and evaluation of the individual's life satisfaction and emotional experience.With the rapid development of social economy,people improve the standard of living in the material at the same time,began to pursue a higher level of quality of life and life satisfaction,therefore,the subjective well-being and improve the degree of realization of strategy research is related to the well-being of the important topic of national life.Investigation and study of subjective well-being in young civil servants of Xianyang City,help to improve the young civil servants' subjective well-being and occupation belonging,improve government departments and administrative efficiency,and ultimately can effectively enhance the efficiency of the construction of socialist harmonious society.First of all,using the literature research method and interview method,questionnaire survey method,through theoretical research on subjective well-being,with age and occupation characteristics of young civil servants,worked out the "Xianyang young civil servants subjective well-being questionnaire" and field investigation;secondly,based on the questionnaire data analysis,judgment of Xianyang young civil servants the status of subjective well-being for the majority of young civil servants subjective well-being of middle high,exist at the same time group of subjective well-being are low,the main reasons are:the government system defects,negative administrative culture,life and the increasing pressure of young civil servants' own quality to be improved;finally,put forward the corresponding improvement respectively.Xianyang city youth civil servants subjective well-being of the effective countermeasures from the government level and the individual level.It mainly includes the establishment of a scientific and reasonable civil servant promotion assessment system,strengthening the ideological and political education work in the new situation,establishing a harmonious organ culture,and setting up the correct professional values,etc.
