In Marx’s opinion, community was an aggregation or complex which composed by a group who had specific interest demands and common goals, it embodied the human essence. Marx believed that community was built on the basis of certain economy, there were different characteristics under different social forms. Community reflected in three forms according to the laws of history:pre-capitalist nature-origin community, capitalism unreal-abstract community, future communism real-free community. In the first two forms, human development was restricted by human or material relationship. This restriction lead to social conflicts intensified and opposition between people. The community can play positive functions well and people can get complete liberation, free development conditions only if in the stage of real community.Real-free community is the community of free individuals or communism. As the first stage of communism, socialism not only retains political state community, but also aims to eliminate political state. The primary stage of socialism forms of community not manifest as the socialist countries and markets, but also manifest as social organizations which have extensive social foundation. Promoting the healthy development of social organizations becomes a new way of community development, becomes the new content of social enterprise revolution and social governance innovation in contemporary China. The construction of Chinese social organizations is mainly guided by the western theories, the western theories demonstrated the rationality of the generation and existence of social organizations, provided legal protection for the normal operation and useful reference to explore the interaction and cooperation of government, market and society. However, western theories of social organizations were ultimately based on the western social reality, which incompatible with Chinese national conditions, and their guiding functions were limited. Only the Marx’s community thought is the guiding ideology of the development of Chinese social organizations.The emphasis and difficulty for this study is how to apply the western theories to the construction of Chinese social organizations and make critique and innovation from the perspective of Marxist theory. Marx’s community thought contains the theories of human essence, coordination of individual and community, social-national community, community of free individuals and so on, it has great value for the construction of Chinese social organizations and manifest as follows: the thought of community embodies the human essence has the guidance on establishing the strategic target; the thought of the free and comprehensive development of human has the guidance on building socialist value orientation; the thought of communism is a combination of public ownership and democracy has the guidance on promoting the efficient allocation of resources; the thought of national demise and social autonomy has the guidance on establishing the effective power operation mechanism.
