The establishment and development of special economic zones(SEZ) derive from the innovation of the basic principles of Marxism the communist party of China did, and it also enrich the theory treasury of scientific socialism. The Xiamen SEZ has become an experimental field and vanguard for SEZ legislation. Its legislation has great significance to perfect the legal system with Chinese characteristics and to push the socialist legal construction with Chinese feature.The great achievement in Xiamen SEZ legislation has powerfully promoted the perfection of market economy system and the improvement of the process of regional investment environment.
