A Brief Analysis Of The Law Of Chinese Regional National Autonomy’s Problems And Measures

The autonomy system for the minority nationality regions is very important in China. The Law of Chinese regional national autonomy is the results of the development of the autonomy system for the minority nationality regions. And it means the autonomy system for the minority nationality regions goes into a new stage of the legal construction. The outstanding achievements have been made during executing the autonomy in the national minorities and minority nationality regions. But along with china’s reform and opening-up and development of the socialist market economy, the international situation and the domestic environment have changed,The Law of Chinese regional national autonomy expose quite a few inevitable problems. After amendment by the Standing committee of the national people’s congress, there are still many problems and shortcomings.In this paper, starting from the content of the Law of Chinese regional national autonomy, trying to find the problems and the measures to improve it by means of the practical investigation and the comparison of other laws. I hope to build a new regional national autonomy law adapting to the new environment. I hope the national place.has the development and prosperity, and our country has the national unity.
