Labor relations are the most basic social relations, harmonious labor relations degree directly affect the economic and social well-functioning, thereby affecting the economic and social development and trends. At present, China has entered a new period of building a moderately prosper-ous society, the profound changes in the economic system, in the social structure and in ideology,the pattern of interests profound adjustment,so--cial development presents a series of new features. These changes to the development of harmonious labor relations is a challenge, it is a rare opportunity. Unions as the driving force to build a harmonious labor relations, labor relations in the coordination plays an irreplaceable role. From the current situation Kanawha District Labor Relations Bayannao’er starting analyzed by labor relations and union status quo in the coordination of labor relations, the analysis of why the union as the representative of workers, and not be able to play in building a harmonious labor relations in due role. By combing the relevant literature, according to the local businesses and labor relations cases local federation of trade unions to build a harmonious labor relations, combined with social control theory, the local federation of trade unions to promote enterprise to build a harmonious labor relations duties in countermeasures and suggestions.
