Study On College Youth Volunteers’ Service Organization

In recent years, volunteer groups in our country grow increasingly, their activities also increase various, but started rather late, at the same time, in line with today’s social status in China, some problems, inevitable appear. In order to promote the benign development of China’s volunteer service activities, analysis of the current problems in volunteer service activities and proposes the corresponding perfect countermeasure is necessary, and young university is the main force of volunteer service activities, so as the main object of study in this paper.Based on the theoretical analysis of the present situation, and then extracted from present situation, combined with foreign advanced theory and viewpoint in this paper, it obtains the idea and countermeasures.This paper argues that college youth volunteer organization services exist the following problems:one is the organization structure is too loose, internal cohesive force is not strong; Second, the run of organization and management lack standard, the stability of the volunteers groups not enough; Third, the service formalism is relatively serious, students lack of independent participation; Fourth, volunteer social participation rate is low, there is a deviation and social service requirements; Fifth, volunteers lack of effective screening, less attention to professional training.Specifically, this paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter one, introduction. This chapter mainly introduced the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign relevant literature review, research methods and ideas.The second chapter, the structure and the management mode of university young volunteer organization. This part of the volunteer service processes are discussed, the status and the volunteers encountered bottleneck problem analysis done.The third chapter, analysis service of university youth volunteer organization problem in our country. This part from five aspects introduced in the service encounter problems in work and thinking.The fourth chapter, the characteristics and Enlightenment of the volunteer organization service in developed countries. This chapter analyzes the mechanism of voluntary services of foreign developed countries, summarizes successful experience may be useful for china.The fifth chapter, the development and improvement of university youth volunteer organization service countermeasure suggestions. This chapter is mainly based on the previous analysis, from the external environment and internal management, standardize the proposed operation mechanism, propaganda and education, social interaction and other aspects.
