Therefore, the strengthening research and analysis on guiding and fostering SME development of the Hefei High-tech Zone provides Anhui Province even China with a pilot and reference role.Combined with the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the party’s eighteen and Hefei’s "1+3+5" enabling policy system, Hefei High-tech Zone constantly adjust, enrich regional initiatives to support the development of SMEs, while developing a "Hefei High-tech Zone to promote industrial restructuring development of a number of policy measures "(the" 2+2 "system support policies).
