| Disabled social organizations as a part of our social organization, which play an important role in the supply of people with disabilities of public services and public goods increasingly. At present, there are all sorts of problems in the organization and management of persons with disabilities in society, but the relevant research focuses on residual protection and how social workers involved in disabled social organizations and other related fields. In this paper, the study of disabled social organizations in Tongling,Anhui Province use literature research, comparative analysis, case studies, field research and other methods. The introduction of a new concept—— "the hub of" social organization, Classified the Federation of the Disabled as the highest level "hub" society organizations and the Community Association of the Disabled as the grassroots "hub" society organizations.In order to provide a new research perspective to complete the chain of disabilities social organization management,clear functions of each institution, organization management and regulatory system. This paper provide a point that "Disabled can feedback to society" for innovation, and encouraged government to create a disabled social organizations Incubation park actively.While using resources to assist individuals with disabilities rehabilitation, disabilities also can contribute their efforts to the community,play their advantages, promote self-reliance roots andr ealize the value of own life.This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, which describes the background and reasons for choosing the topic of the Social organization and management research for the disabled. Then it points out the analysis methods, main innovation and shortcomings of this paper, after listing some of the research results from the theorists at home and abroad. The second chapter gives an overview of some relevant theories about the social organization and management research for the disabled. It will further explain this concept through giving proper definitions of the disabled and the "hub" society organizations, the classification, characteristics and the role of disabled social organizations, some relevant theoretic foundations are also included. The third chapter gives a brief introduction about the current situation of disabled social organizations, analyzed the situation of several typical organizations in Tongling city. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the existing problems of disabled social organizations in Tongling, including management system, supervision system, the efforts of cultivate and organization self-construction. The fifth chapter try to solve these problems, and puts forward proposal on social organization and management for the disabled.By researching the social organization and management of disabled in Tongling, Anhui province,I found the range of the disabled social organizations is relatively large, and there is no literature enough to differentiate the difference nature of social organizations. Also exist a lot of controversy that the Federation of the Disabled belongs to government institutions or social organization. In this paper, I classified the disabled social organizations: The City, County and District Federation of the Disabled; Community association for the disabled; Specially association of the disabled and Private non-enterprise units. According to classification, I analysis various of social organization management itself,the relationship between each other, support relations between them. Striving to solve the problems that the disabled social organizations from the bud to grow will meet in all directioins, the policy, system, funds, regulatory and other issues, try to create a more harmonious disabled social organizations development environment. Through this paper on the study of social organization for the disabled, I also hope to bring the "hub" of social organization widely used in other social organizations, social organization can be better classified, graded. Try to strengthen the professional guidance and focus on cultivating social organizations,contribute to the development of China’s social organization and management. |
