Research On Anhui Province's Social Organizations Participating In Tackling Poverty

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the poverty rate in China has dropped from 10% to less than 4%,and decisive progress in poverty alleviation has been made.By 2020,the rural poor in China will achieve poverty alleviation,solve the overall regional poverty problem,and achieve true poverty alleviation.The remaining poverty groups are “hard bones” in the battle against poverty,and their causes of poverty are more complicated.The government-led development-oriented poverty alleviation has been unable to meet the needs of this group of poor people,thus increasing the difficulty of government poverty alleviation and development.From the government's anti-poverty policies and regulations and conferences on poverty alleviation,we can see that the state supports and calls on social organizations to participate in poverty alleviation,and the status of social organizations is constantly improving.In the process of participating in poverty alleviation,social organizations have their own flexibility and voluntariness,and are more targeted at helping the poor.Forming a pattern of large-scale poverty alleviation led by the government and actively participating in social organizations can help advance the process of poverty alleviation in China.In this context,Anhui Province actively responded to the national call to formulate corresponding policies for social organizations to participate in poverty alleviation,mobilized the enthusiasm of social organizations to participate in poverty alleviation,and increased the social strength of poverty alleviation in the province.At present,there is less research on the theme of “Social organizations in Anhui Province participating in poverty alleviation”.There are a series of problems in the process of participation of social organizations.The power has important theoretical and practical significance.This article uses literature research method,interview method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method to study social organizations' participation in poverty alleviation.The article is supported by the theory of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics,the idea of the three-in-one poverty alleviation pattern,and the theory of third-party government.It summarizes the information published on the relevant websites andanalyzes the status of social organizations in Anhui Province participating in poverty alleviation,including the participation of social organizations in Anhui Province.The policy environment for poverty alleviation,the main modes of social organizations participating in poverty alleviation,the effectiveness of social organizations participating in poverty alleviation,and case analysis of social organizations participating in poverty alleviation;then based on interviews with relevant personnel of the Social Organization Administration of the Civil Affairs Department of Anhui Province,we obtained Problems of social organizations participating in poverty alleviation in the province,and then by telephone interview with social organizations participating in poverty alleviation in Hefei,Wuhu,Bengbu,etc.to obtain more complete first-hand information,you can participate in social organizations in the province The existing problems of poverty alleviation are summarized from the aspects of government,social organizations,the public,and the media industry in the province,and are subdivided into: the lagging in the construction of related laws and policies,the imperfect information and supervision mechanism,and the capacity building of social organizations to be improved.The public Lack of knowledge,lack of media propaganda in the province.Finally,according to the existing problems of social organizations participating in poverty alleviation in the province,corresponding solutions are proposed,including the government level,social organization level,public level,and the provincial media industry level.In a word,this paper hopes to provide some help for the healthy development and orderly participation of social organizations in Anhui Province through research on the social organizations in Anhui Province participating in poverty alleviation.
