Research On Management Innovation Mechanism

Management innovation is the key to an enterprise's success. The developed organization structure, the enlarged enterprise size, the updated development strategy and the changed environment all demand corresponding innovation in the management field. Management innovation will not only optimize the distribution of productive resource, increase the income while reduce the cost, but promote the technical innovation and system innovation as well. Developing an effective mechanism is the key point of management innovation. An effective mechanism is essential for the enterprise to enhance its energy and to win the market competition. Therefore, studying on management innovation is of high academic and practical value.This article exactly sets out from this. In order to find the rule of management innovation and to work out an effective mechanism, it analyzes the innovation elements and their function in the management innovation mechanism, the innovation process, the innovation category, the innovation pattern, the innovation approach and etc. At the last part of the article, it studies the character and status quo of Chinese enterprises and the successful innovation experience of China's famous manufacturer, Haier. Based on this, it puts forward some suggestions to Chinese enterprises that are in the process of management innovation.
