All along, the employment of people with disabilities is one of the important issues that the party and the country concerned. What’s more, for the people with disabilities, it is an important way to achieve self-value and improve their self-confidence. Therefore, solve the problem of the disability employment is important for the full realization of a well-off society and a harmonious society’s building.In this paper, the study of the general idea of the employment problem analysis applied to the study of the disability employment. In theory, discusses the relevant factors in the labor market may that affect the employment of people with disabilities. Subsequently, a brief introduction to Chinese current employment patterns of persons with disabilities. In addition, the paper also analyzes the foreign policy to promote the employment of people with disabilities. In empirical terms, this paper first describes the statistical analysis of the movements on the urban employment of persons with disabilities in this stage of While for the regional differences in the case of various types of factors are discussed. In the eastern region, No matter Increase the number of people with disabilities to receive vocational training or increased spending on social security and employment can promote the employment of people with disabilities. However, in the central and western regions, the effect of these two factors which affect the disability employment is more complicated, In addition to the relationship between economic growth and employment of disabled persons outside the relatively clear, the other three factors that affect people with disabilities for employment effect is more complicated. In addition to a large positive and negative fluctuations between them, the size of the modulus of elasticity also showed large regional differences.Based on the above analysis, we should implement the regional differences of disability employment policy. According to the development status of different regions, to ensure there is a reasonable proportion of the three main forms among employment of persons with disabilities. Eastern region should be more encouraged to self-employment of persons with disabilities. The central and western regions should be ensured the in Proportion-Placement-System’s implementation, to better promote the development of the cause of the disability employment.
