The Governance Function Of Government Microblog

Internet access in China for more than 20 years, with the development of economic globalization and advances in new media technologies,the era of O2O(combining online and offline),web3.0,4G,IoT(internet of things),Big Data is coming.The arrival brings opportunities,but also challenges to governance,and how to use government microblog to creat people’s better life in cyberspace,to build a modern system of governance, to improve governance capacity,is the crucial key of governance.Dewey,says that, problem-solving process can be divided into six steps:tell the difficulties encountered, the definition of the problems,analyze problems,propose solutions,compare alternatives and in accordance with a set of goals or criteria to test them,to implement the best solution.According to this logic,the author mainly use the government microblog as a governance tool,playing government services,serving the people,serving the society as the main line,the focus of this paper is divided into four parts as the following description:First,the relationship between the government microblog and governance.To study the issues of government microblog,the concept and development of governance and so on.Second,to analys the connotation,mode and current situation of governance. Highlighted that there are four issues,such as the current credibility of governance been questioned.Third,the problems of governance function of government microblog.Around the basic meaning,features reflect and existing problems of governance function described.Emphasising the presence issues such as management,interaction,execution in functioning of government microblog governance.Fourth,fully complete the governance function of government microblog.Analysis the operating principles,and then explore the feasibility way,think that the government micro-letter,the chief administrative APP and other new media play a more better and faster role in the future governance.
