Research On The Operation Management Of China's Government Microblog Matrix From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

With the deepening of the national strategy of "network power",the significance and role of new media in promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity are becoming more and more prominent.Faced with the new situation,new requirements and new strategies,the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core has completed the coherent and systematic exposition of the top-level design and macro guiding of Internet governance and social governance.As a typical new media of government affairs with a wide audience,government microblog urgently needs to change its concept,coordinate synergy,activate organizational dynamics,and actively implement the "people-centered" development thought and continuously innovate the new pattern of "Internet + social governance" with the mode of government microblog matrix.This paper analyzes the current situation of China's government microblog development and the problems and causes in the operation and management of government microblog,and introduces the government microblog matrix that in order to solve the dilemma of government microblog development.This paper expounds the concept and development status of government microblog matrix,analyzes the connotation of government microblog matrix from the perspective of collaborative governance theory,and then analyzes the advanced case of government microblog matrix-the Yinchuan Government Microblog Matrix and the Kunming Government Microblog Matrix,summed up the experience that can be learned,and puts forward countermeasures for the operation and management of government microblog matrix from the aspects of planning top-level design,constructing government microblog matrix,perfecting operation management mechanism,standardizing application system,strengthening technical support,and implementing performance management.
