In the resent years, with the change in the status of state-owned enterprise employees, the cohesion is on the decline, staff weakened the sense of belonging, interpersonal alienation, job security is disappearing. It is in the period of transformation and upgrading of the state-owned enterprise culture also changes and that has a certain influence on the cohesion of enterprise. The trade union as an important component of the state-owned enterprise and an important rely on social work into the enterprise should play its due role.The paper selects company A as a typical state-owned enterprise sample, by using community work method to the trade unions as the media into the enterprise to enhance the cohesion of the enterprise. Through questionnaire and interview above leader cohesion, organizational cohesion and staff cohesion to draw the three dimensions of enterprise employees and corporate cohesion. This paper found, the state-owned enterprise culture is undergoing changes as follows: Workers’ working behavior who are in the period of transformation and upgrading is from casual to standardization, Assessment is from heavier qualifications to heavier efficiency, colleague relationship is from humanized to the role and the staff attitudef is from "master" to " keep the rules". These changes represent employees in state owned enterprises during the transitional period need social work to help them. Make full use of social work methods and techniques design, organize and implement community service projects, to further meet the needs of workers, and find the staff personalized choice is the core of the cohesion of the enterprise, leader brand effect is main source of employees’ belonging, source of sound corporate culture is an important part of the enterprise cohesion. In the service, we should consider problems, like including the involvement in social work of trade union of the company, how to choose the appropriate intervention model to serve the staff and the workers of the company; How the trade union clear its own position, facing the pressure at the same time how to maximize the interests of workers; How use the methods of social work and the idea to complete the service target in the service process, These problems can be solved by the strengthening of grass-roots and investigation service design, considering the actual conditions; The trade union and enterprise are separation, no constraints enterprise is form administrative leadership; Increase the introduction of social work personnel and set the social work post. The research has a certain role in promoting to the social work specialized in state owned enterprise trade union’s long-term development.
