State-owned enterprise is an important force to promote China's economic development and protect the common interest of the people.After several rounds of reforms,the state-owned enterprises are now in line with the market economy and are in the crucial period of reform and the profundal zone.With the deepening of the reform,various contradictions involving the interests of workers have gradually emerged.In such environment,trade union as the organizations which adjusts the relationship between labor and management in state-owned enterprises faces more enormous challenge,so studying the influence of labor union to enterprise performance has great significance,based on it,this paper explores the intermediary role of employee satisfaction between trade union and enterprise performance.Based on the above analysis,the main research content of this article is divided into the following three parts.Firstly,this paper summarizes the definition and dimensions of the three concepts: labor performance,employee satisfaction and enterprise performance,laying the foundation of the definition of various concepts.Then in pairs of the three concepts performance of the union functions,employee satisfaction and business performance research review are summarized to put forward research hypothesis,and further based on the current research results combining this article' needs we determine measuring dimension of three variables;Final this paper prepare the inventory on in combination with needs and domestic maturity inventory,determines the formal scale via the preliminary research.This paper distributes questionnaires and recycles them,collating the data and study correlation of variables based correlation analysis and regression analysis,verify hypothesis by Structural Equation Model.This paper analyzes the results of empirical analysis and puts forward suggestions on the improvement of corporate performance from the perspective of labor performance and employee satisfaction.This paper constructs measurement dimensions of environment performance,employee satisfaction and corporate performance under the circumstance of restructuring of state-owned enterprises.Performance of the union functions is divided into participating function,maintenance function,education function,construction function and service function of five aspects,employee satisfaction is divided into salary,the job itself,interpersonal relationship and leadership styles in four aspects,enterprise performance is divided into profit ability,debt paying ability,financial investment,social benefit and the outside perception.The research results show that under the circumstance of restructuring of state-owned enterprises,performance of the union functions is significantly positively related to enterprise performance,so we can improve business performance by the union performing its functions of participation,maintenance,education,construction and service;Employee satisfaction is the intermediary role between the performance of functions of trade union and enterprise performance,so in addition to improve the enterprise performance by functions of trade unions,business performance also can indirectly improves by employee satisfaction.
