Corporate culture is the spiritual wealth of an enterprise and the soul and spiritual pillar of an enterprise.Excellent corporate culture can unite and mobilize workers,stimulate the strong team spirit and innovation potential of employees,enhance the power of innovation and creation,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,which plays a vital role in the development of enterprises.In our country,state-owned enterprises play an important role in the pillar of socialist market economy.More importantly,we need to constantly strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and strive to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The nature of trade unions determines that they are the most flexible and closely related organization in state-owned enterprises.They have tremendous advantages in the cultural construction of enterprises in terms of cohesion of workers and shaping their spiritual qualities.However,in the current development situation,there are still many areas to be improved in order to further play the role of trade unions in the cultural construction of state-owned enterprises.How to realize the continuous promotion of the construction of enterprise culture in the work of trade unions in state-owned enterprises and how to integrate the two organically are all worthy of our in-depth study.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the corporate culture of Fuzhou MT Group Co.,Ltd.,and the analysis of the role of trade unions in the construction of the more representative state-owned corporate culture in Fuzhou,this paper draws some suggestions on how trade unions can better promote the cultural construction of state-owned enterprises.Firstly,in view of the current situation of MT Group's corporate culture,this paper studies and explores the role of trade unions in it and its existing problems with the tool of corporate culture model;secondly,it analyses and summarizes the problems and reasons sorted out,and finally puts forward some countermeasures to give full play to the role of trade unions in the cultural construction of state-owned enterprises.I work in the trade union system,mainly responsible for the democratic management of enterprises,direct contact with trade unions,so I can understand the detailed information of MT Group and the current situation and problems of corporate culture,and also can get the real and reliable research data needed by the article,reflecting the actual problems.This paper follows the principle of combining theory with practice,focuses on how to give full play to the advantages of trade union organizations,and puts forward some countermeasures to further enhance its role in the cultural construction of state-owned enterprises for reference.
