Cultivation And Development Of Peri-urban AgricultureRelated Community Organization

The community organizations play important roles in the social development, especially in the community which was more obviously. They also have great significance in transforming government functions and promoting community construction.After considering the situation of local city, governments have developed cultivation for community organizations.Due to the differences of natural economics among those districts,the development methods and focus of community organizations were not same.In this article,the author trying to understand the development methods of peri-urban agriculture-related community organizations from the embeddedness perspective,which was combined with the study results from current community organizations’ development and peri-urban agricultural-related community organizations’ development.This study based on the cultivation and development of peri-urban agriculture-related community organizations of LT Street from Nanjing city, which analyzed the models from local government and supporting social organizations.The LT street’s government have utilized the assistance from social organizations and have built the social organization service center was cooperated with supporting social organizations to cultivate and develop the local community organizations.Because of the own particularity of agriculture communities, that the development levels of both economic and civil society are not high. There are lost of challenges might existed during this process. The LT street community service center which was built by the LT government, is specialized in grass-root social local community organizations.Because of the own particularity of agriculture communities, that the development levels of both economic and civil society are not high. The internal cultivation is means explore local grass-roots social organizations.and cultivated them, which could help them operating independently. While the introduce from the outside means introduce other community and city social organizations,according to the LT street local reality, which could fulfill the two hatch approaches of approaches of local villagers within further step.under the guidance of the hatch approach,organization service center to determine the "internal cultivation" "introduce from the outside" and the combination of the both of the three methods for hatching of the community social organization.And according to the actual situation in the streets using different hatch way to hatch different community social organizationsThis article through the understanding of the current foster status of Nanjing social organization and establishment overview of LT suburban agro-community social organization service center, and using the embeddedness theory trying to analyze the operation models of peri-urban agro-community when they are cultivate their community social organizations.First of all,This article based on the cultivation and development of peri-urban agriculture-related community organizations of LT Street. Analysis the operation pattern in the community social organizations hatch embeddedness of early, middle and late. Secondly, this study depends on specific example, to compare the three kinds of cultivation mode of the development situation of community social organizations, and using the embeddedness theory trying to analyze the operation models of peri-urban agro-community when they are cultivate their community social organizations. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, this study raise three kinds of countermeasures and suggestions, including political embedding, relation embeddness and cognitive embedded, and the limitations of this study were also listed.This study depends on specific example,which was combined with semi-structured interviews, field observation and reference analysis.The collation and comparison of the information and data from those collected reference was performed.
