A Study On The Incubation And Cultivation Model Of "1+3+N" Community Social Organizations

With the development of industrialization and urbanization,the speed of urban community construction is speeding up,and the demand of community residents for public services is gradually becoming diversified and refined.Only relying on the power of the government can not meet the growing demand of community residents.In this context,community social organizations integrate into the community as community residents,participate in community governance,and become a gap between the government and the people At the same time,it also provides an effective way for the community residents to integrate into the community and express their interests and needs.It is an important link in the development of grassroots democracy.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to incubate and cultivate community social organizations.In recent years,the incubation and cultivation of community social organizations has achieved initial results,but there are still many problems.In view of this situation,it is of great significance for community governance to actively build multi-party alliance,collaborative innovation,and explore a new model of incubation and cultivation of community social organizations.This paper takes community social organizations as the research object,relying on the "golden idea" project,and according to the main context of "status combing-theoretical analysis-Practice-formation mode-practice verification-countermeasures and suggestions".Through the practice of incubation and cultivation of community social organizations in H street of Beijing,using the methods of literature analysis,participatory observation,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the needs of community residents,probes into the existing incubation and cultivation process,characteristics and current situation of community social organizations,and sums up during the implementation of the "golden idea" project "1+3+N" incubation and cultivation mode of community social organizations,that is,through purchasing incubation and cultivation projects of community social organizations,integrating communities,community social organizations federations and social workers into incubation and cultivation of community social organizations,forming a new model with characteristics,realizing the sustainable operation process of " promoting society by society,assisting society by society,and incubation society by society ",and realizing the complementarity of projects and models,multi party linkage,mutual benefit and win-win results,and optimal allocation of resources.From the perspective of social workers,this study studies the specific intervention modeof incubation and cultivation of community social organizations to reduce the pressure on the practice of "1+3+N" incubation and cultivation of community social organizations,link social resources,strive to maximize the existing human and material resources,and promote the healthy and orderly development of community social organizations Through continuous improvement and optimization,we can play a greater role in promoting the model,providing effective reference for other community social organizations to achieve self-development,and also providing a new reference path for social work to participate in community governance.
