On Anti-corruption Through Network

Network corruption, referring to the government and its staff to supervise the network technology and its public opinion caused, so as to achieve effective prevention, containment, a new way with the characteristics of the discipline of corruption, is the anti-corruption of a weapon. With the anti-corruption work as a public increasingly concerned about the topic, public participation is increasing anti-corruption efforts, network corruption become one of the most effective anti-corruption public way, it also reflects the current political participation of citizens increasingly conscious oversight strong. The current network has been initially formed anti-corruption framework and achieved some success, but there are also many problems, for example, users uneven quality, leading to many network phenomena of violence, government public information has yet to be strengthened, the Independent Commission Against culture and education yet to be developed, especially in relation to the legal system monitoring mechanism has yet to be perfected.This paper analyzes the current situation of the network started from corruption, and to explore the development process of China’s anti-corruption network, values and practical significance and limitations of the current plight of the achievements of the network anti-corruption, anti-corruption and the network faces. Then the comparative method to study the classic case of a number of foreign and mature approach to better grasp the development direction of network anti-corruption, anti-corruption operation mode to find out the network in order to seek to build a better network of anti-corruption institutions and mechanisms, British Columbia corruption can make our network normalization, institutionalization, standardization, reduce some of the negative issues that appear in the network corruption, improving the effectiveness of anti-corruption network, and further promote China ’s anti-corruption. This paper has two outstanding highlights: First, this paper combined with their knowledge of the profession, the starting value and significance of the presence of anti-corruption discourse network from legal theory, political theory point of view, the network is not only conducive to the exercise of political corruption oversight constitutional right of citizens, but also to effectively promote the building of China’s anti-corruption, political reform and development; secondly, on the basis of combing the relevant literature on anti-corruption network, with its own research to explore, from a combination of micro and macro point of view, respectively, from individuals, national anti-corruption are the three aspects of network problems and improve the social, anti-corruption mechanisms of the network were elaborated.This paper tries to combine the theory of political science and public administration, the use of interdisciplinary research methods to explore some of the common law of network corruption, but because of the ability of the subjective and objective conditions, only a qualitative analysis failed to carry out quantitative empirical research, thus the conclusion is inevitable that one-sided. However, this study to better understand the network corruption, make better use of the network channels of political oversight, expand citizens’ political participation, there are still positive.
