The Current Problems And Countermeasures Of My Country's Institutional Anti-corruption

Strictly cracking down on corruption and punishing corrupt officials have always been our party's unremitting efforts.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,our Party has cracked down severely on corruption,showing unprecedented strength.This shows our Party's firm belief in anti-corruption,the lofty spirit of courage to shoulder,and the sense of responsibility not to shoulder the heavy historical responsibilities.However,due to the deep-rooted problem of corruption,corruption still exists in the new era.Therefore,it is urgent to build and operate a perfect system of anti-corruption.But in our country,the real situation is that the anti-corruption system is not perfect,there are loopholes in the system,the enforcement of law is not strong,and the restriction of power is not perfect.This paper makes a careful analysis and comparison of the relevant studies of many scholars,sums up that "system" is an important tool for anti-corruption,and expounds its own views on the concepts of "system" and "system anti-corruption".After careful analysis and study,this paper gives a detailed introduction to the problems existing in the anti-corruption system in China,and hopes to provide effective solutions to them.It mainly embodies in perfecting and perfecting power restriction and supervision,ensuring the publicity of government information,and gives suggestions from two aspects of punishment and strict prevention.
