The township government is the most basic administrative unit in our country.It provides social services for the people at the township(town)level.Although the scale is small,it bears important administrative responsibilities and plays the role of connecting the government and the people.In particular,in the construction of service-oriented government,how to provide efficient,convenient and satisfying public services for grassroots civil servants based on citizens and society has become the focus of public management.In the new era,grassroots civil servants are endowed with more responsibilities to maintain social stability and realize the functions of government public service.The strength of their service motivation has a direct impact on the service quality and the people's experience of enjoying government service.China is in a critical period of policy reform,and the traditional"permanent employment system" and "iron rice bowl" of civil servants will be broken step by step,and factors affecting their service motivation will be explored to strengthen the public service capacity of grassroots government in a targeted way,and enhance the credibility and sense of mission of the government.Based on this,this paper first of all,the basic theory of literature,lay theoretical foundation for the research,thus affecting the country's civil service incentive factors of comb,and build an empirical model,with the aid of AMOS structure into the X town open field survey,through the questionnaire survey to collect data for empirical research,get promotion channels have bigger influence on the motivation of service of civil servants of villages and towns,the second is the engagement,career development.At the same time,the public service motivation belong to the category of psychology,also can't ignore the influence of individual attributes to its,therefore,we should build more level ascension township civil servants service motivation strategy;specific include:first,attaches great importance to the introduction of township civil servants,recruitment,selection,etc.,the introduction of a strong sense of responsibility,high public service motivation of the individual;Based on the motive of public service,the township and township civil servants should be well served.Second,the construction of a reasonable township civil servants performance appraisal mechanism;Third,explore effective ways to enhance the public service motivation awareness of township civil servants;Fourth,build a scientific and reasonable training system to improve the service level of township civil servants;Fifth,constantly improve and perfect the promotion incentive mechanism,broaden the promotion channels,mobilize the work enthusiasm.This paper studies the influencing factors of township civil servants' service motivation and conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis,aiming at providing targeted path selection for the improvement of township X civil servants' service motivation,and also providing beneficial references for the cultivation of basic civil servants in other regions of China and the improvement of service motivation.
