The Study Of The Colleges’ Anti-corruption Cultural Construction In New Age

Since the reform and opening up,China has made a huge progress on the development of the constructions of the economy politics,society,culture and zoology,and there are some new peculiarities under the new historical conditions, specially when General Secretary Xi summed up the experience of China,aimed at the great problems of China,proposed a theory called "Four Comprehensive Theories",which is about "building a moderately prosperous society,deepening the reform,promoting the rule of law and being strict to run the Parties in the general" as the latest governance theory.The higher education has entered the new normality with such an overall strategic layout.The college is a strong support of society progress,but same as the government,it has facing a more complicated and austere situation.The Anti-Corruption cultural construction of inner university has become an important mission about Party’s style honestly building and anti-corruption struggling,and meanwhile,it will become a frontier about exploring the Construction of Advanced Culture of Socialism(CACS).As an important component of CACS,the Colleges’ Anti-Corruption Cultural Construction(CACC) has a deeper connotation.Introducing the background of CACC as the very beginning, this paper uses con notative introduction as the foreshadowing,introduces the goal, significance, necessit y and the overseas and domestic research status of CACC under the new period,maki ng a conclusion of the feature of Chinese Colleges’ progressing on Anti-Corruption .Then w e discover by self-examination that the key problems we are facing during CACC are as follo w. Lacking deep recognition of what CACC is, lacking various contents and forms of educati on, lacking an effective system, etc. We will find out the factors holding us back after furthe r analysis.At the end of the essay we declare that in a new age, the CACC program functions sustai nably and normally in a certain cirumstance, set by it’s own three missions of guiding, educati ng and restaining, which is formed in a certain method. Firstly, adopting the four principles o f following the Party’s guidence,combining theory and practice, being practical, realistic, c atch up with the world,seeking both temporary and permanent solutions,balancing punish ment and prevention and holding the key minorities. In addition, we should value the basi c function of educating, the restrainable function of constructing, the stimulative function of c ollege culture and the supportive function of political ecology.
