The Social Support Of Disability Employment Processin B Community

It is issued to be resolved of how to make people with disabilities into society of equality. It is an important issue to consider is the employment of people with disabilities. The employment of persons with disabilities are protected economy, and enhance self-confidence of people with disabilities, and increase opportunities for people with disabilities into society. However, people with disabilities are not unilateral efforts for employment, it requires all parties to support the whole community. When support for all aspects of effective use, in order to guarantee the smooth realization of the employment of persons with disabilities. Research object of this paper is to people with disabilities. It uses Chengdu B community as an example of field surveys, interviews and other methods. It supports the theory of Multi-supports which supports the employment of disabled people into the government support, business support, social support and family and personal support of four parts.Also, this paper discusses the status quo of Multi-supports, problems and propose solutions to the problem of countermeasures.In this paper, it extensives research work of 214 disabled persons in B Community of Chengdu. It holds the status quo of employment of persons with disabilities and problems, analyzes the main problems of the B community Multi-supports employment of disabled persons and reasons, and interviews with 39 people with disabilities,6 general public,2 disabled IPCC special dry and 6 corporate officers. Specific conclusions are as follows:First, due to the hands of people with disabilities as well as all kinds of employment support staff limited information resources, as opposed to government support, officially the role of Multi-supports may be more important. However, even official support, but also relatively concentrated by government policies, which brought some pressure for the government, the role of non-governmental organizations and informal social organizations did not fully played out.Second,it influences the function of Multi-supports that various kinds of social exclusion phenomenonareexist.Significance of this study is divided into theoretical parts and practical parts. From the theoretical part is concerned, extended Multi-supports connotation and denotation.From the practical part, domestic Multi-supports for people with disabilities employed mostly top-down government policy support.It is few specific government policies related to the implementation level. So,the current situation seems to be forming a disability support groups in society "flourishing" situation, in addition to supporting the government and enterprises, supported by other subjects "energizer" is an important prerequisite.
