The total population of the world is about seven billion, of which there are nearly 1/12 people with physical disabilities in different extent. The self-care ability cannot be compared with the normal people, so they should get more love. Their right of employment cannot be deprived of for the disabled body. The employment of the disabled can help them integrate into the society better in the affordable range. Because the disabled population is large, the employment of the disabled can help them to find their own value, but also to maintain social stability, the love for the disabled can better reflect the humane care, this is a society and a harmonious development of national essential.The disabled people are generally not like a normal person to complete the high strength and high work, but they can choose whatever work according to the actual situation of their choice, the need to take into account the different physical defects of the disabled, so the job when provide to them must be diversity, this can help them have a chance to choose, at present on the one hand to do better by taking Shanghai city as an example. This paper based on the research of domestic and foreign literature theory, deeply explore and research the employment problem of disabled in Minhang district by interviewing the staff who works in Minhang Federation of the disabled and some disabled fresh graduates and collecting related data from websites. And according to the actual situation, the paper study the company culture and employment ideality of the outstanding type Daikin Company, in order to analyses the problems that disabled people encounter when finding jobs. The paper takes disabled fresh graduates as an example. Then analyses the origin is the problems of disabled people themselves, the problem of employers, the problem of government and the problem of the collage. Throughout the research, the paper also provides the solution for these problems in order to help disabled people to be hired, both in success rate and in job content. Thus, the disabled people will have a stable income to live independently besides the government subsidies. As for disabled people, working will better help them integrate into the society, the time to understand the social events, and enhance their own sense of presence.Social stability is that we are able to live and work in peace, as a member of society, the disabled because of physical defects, should be more care and support. Labor is one of the value of their own to find ways to help people with disabilities, so better integration into society, it is necessary to provide a helpful work environment for them, there is no violation and the feeling, let them really become a subsidiary of the society.
