The paper takes disabled fresh graduates as an example. Then analyses the origin is the problems of disabled people themselves, the problem of employers, the problem of government and the problem of the collage. Throughout the research, the paper also provides the solution for these problems in order to help disabled people to be hired, both in success rate and in job content. Thus, the disabled people will have a stable income to live independently besides the government subsidies.
