A Study On The Resources Integration Of Community Support For The Elderly In University From The Perspective Of Social Work

The population aging is becoming more and more serious as we entered the new century. The increasing number of the elderly has brought great pressure to the social service for the elderly. The Aging Society has brought tremendous challenge to the pension security and the sustainable development of society and economy in China. Emerging support for the elderly such as Commuity Support and Institution Support for the elderly came into being under such circumstances. It has become a supporting mode with its specialty in Chinese society and relive the pressure effectively brought by aging.As a new mode of endowment and community endowment need to mobilize social forces, mix, omni-directional to provide service for old people. Therefore, in the community endowment services, discovery and integration of resources endowment is very important. However, in real life, people in the community endowment resources supply the supply condition of the subject and the understanding and the understanding level is not in place, excavation, consolidation and development of community endowment resources degree is far from satisfy the realistic requirement of an aging society endowment. Even in the community endowment resources supply is adequate, supply high levels of urban community, the problem is still there.In this paper, which is located at the center of northwest city L college community as an example, through interviews and questionnaire survey have a thorough understanding of the elderly pension demand and supply condition of community resources, understand the current community endowment resources to meet the demand of the elderly endowment of supply. And advantage perspective in social work theory and the theory of community care under the framework of analysis to explore how to deal with the L in the government, communities, units, such as market, family and personal difficulties facing six resources supply level, seek to integrate the community endowment service possible paths and methods of the resources to meet the demand of community endowment. Research thinks, should be widely mobilize various resources supply main body strength, take effective way to broaden the pension policy coverage, build community for old service platform, the development of community elderly to participate, we encourage students to serve in the community, establishing and perfecting market pension system, make the community endowment real government-led, social mobilization, public participation, the whole advancement of social common cause, to better meet the challenges of an ageing society.
