To strengthen and improve the training of cadres, to improve the overall cultivation of leading cadres, to maintain sustained and rapid economic development, promote social harmony, and strive to achieve the dream of China has play a decisive role role. Therefore, attaches great importance to the training of cadres is an imminent problem at all levels of the organization and personnel departments.A group of local cadres in our party and government organs in the unique, with the large number of important roles, responsibilities, and other special features, they are in the local party and government organs, plays a pivotal role. Their quality level from the long-term perspective of the party and the government’s image, but also represents the success of Chinese Communist party. The strengthening of local cadres quality construction, improving the whole quality of local cadres, it is very necessary and very urgent.On the issue of education and training of cadres in the investigation for the content, first produced from its formation process of system and mechanism of re referring to some certain is worth learning and promotion of mature experiences and practices and other aspects etc.. Analyze the root of second education and training cadres encountered in developing process and some existing problems and problems. An example at the end of operation on domestic and foreign training of cadres and some good practices and experiences and achievements, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of how to strengthen the cadre training work.Investigation shows, at present Xinjiang Fukang city cadre training main content of training system lack of pertinence and effectiveness, training methods and forms relatively simple, not obvious, on the training effect evaluation of the training system is not perfect and so on. The main reasons of the training content and training demands, training mechanism and market mechanism is not coordinated, the training system is incompatible with the social development. This paper argues that should be fully aware of the current cadre training tasks, to further strengthen and improve the training of cadres; adhere to and improve the cadre training system, standardize the cadre theory examination, strengthen the training of cadres of the limitation of incentive mechanism, adjustment and improvement of the cadre training work, to further improve the evaluation system and mechanism, strengthen the training work of the organization and leadership and target management.
