| The selection and appointment of cadres is of great significance for strengthening and improving the construction of cadres.In recent years,the central government has promulgated a series of regulations governing the selection of cadres,and local governments have formulated corresponding rules for their implementation in accordance with the actual situation.This is a great progress in the selection of cadres in our country.But at the same time,there are still some more prominent problems,in particular,there is still lack of comparative system and professional research in section level cadre selection,which requires us to carry out research and exploration in practice,and improve the scientific and standardized level of cadre selection and appointment from the whole.Based on the theory of Leadership science and human-post matching,this paper expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical analysis of the research on the suitability of human-hillock in cadre selection.Taking Bijiang District level cadre selection and appointment work as an example,through the analysis of the basic general situation of the area,the Cadre troop profile,the level cadre selection and appointment,thehuman hillock Sang and so on,and the reasons of the problem,it is found that there are some deficiencies in the selection of section level cadres,especially in the field of people.Put forward to improve the countermeasures and suggestions,in order to establish a scientific,standardized and rationalized section level cadre selection and appointment work system to provide practical reference and lesson. |
