Study To The Rural Public Service Community Construction Of Zhucheng

China is a large agricultural country, and it is also an agricultural populous country. In the process of reforming and opening up since 1978, China’s rural management mode has gone through many reforms. Economy, democracy and people’s livelihood of the rural area have been tremendously developed.Countryside basic organization is the basic unit of rural economy, society and the people’s livelihood, management and service in China. The development of countryside basic organization is directly related to the "three rural issues", and related to stability and process of new rural construction. There is important realistic significance to Strengthen rural Countryside basic organization.At present, the country has many places to carry out the construction of the home village changed, but after the "village changed" cannot avoid some new problems, The existence of these problems is bound to affect the home village changed after the community construction and management; after the home village changed people’s life quality and so on various aspects are adverse impact.In this thesis, we set Zhucheng City in Shandong Province as an example. Analysis of Zhucheng countryside basic organization in the process of change in the village and its own construction and development. A brief review and analysis of more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China’s overall construction of rural grassroots organizations, pointed out the existing problems in the construction of rural grassroots organizations, these problems are:the first is the weakened ability of community organizations, the second is lack of public service capacity of community organizations, and the third is lack of residents’identification with community organizations.And then combined with Zhucheng rural grassroots organizations construction and in the process of the home village changed with the community autonomy, strengthen the welfare and ongoing maintenance ability. And finally, from three aspects:promoting democracy-building at the community level、promoting the level of community establishes organization system and improve the quality of the cadres at the grass-roots level, a series of countermeasures and suggestions were put forward on the countryside primary organization construction.
