Since the reform and opening up, with the transition of society, city to accelerate the process of labor resources, with more vigorous market demand, more and more of the rural Population into the city, become the floating population, and shows more and more characteristics of the city to the family. The children of floating population follow them into the city, become the migrant children, because of the particularity of the floating population, the problems of family education of their increasingly prominent, more and more attention by the people study of migrant children, are of great significance to the development of migrant children and the entire family. In this paper, through field observation, questionnaire, interview, a comprehensive analysis of the current situation, problems, reasons of Hefei City Community Gang Cun Xiao Zhu Yangon migrant children’s family education, and from the perspective of social work intervention on family education of floating children, and put forward reasonable counter measures and suggestions. This paper investigated the migrant children’s family living conditions, income, occupation, working time and so on, have a certain understanding of poor living conditions, income and occupation status is generally low, long working time etc. Secondly, through the interview, investigation, from the aspects of migrant children’s family education concepts, methods, parent-child relationship, a detailed analysis of the current situation, and on this basis, find out the existing problems and reasons of migrant children’s family education. Through the research discovery, have less time, money and effort invested in the family education of floating population, and the influence of the traditional education mode of the floating population is also strong, led to a total lack of family education of floating children, plus the cultural, educational ideas, thoughts and so different, more increase of migrant children’s family education dilemma. Finally, from the perspective of social work intervention, analysis of the importance of social work intervention and the or etical perspectives, and methods of social work intervention, integration of family, school, society, government and other wide power, improving the status of migrant children’s family education, improve the ability to teach migrant children’s family education.
