With the establishment of China's socialist market economic system and the attraction of the city's better infrastructure and economic development,a large number of rural laborers have gone out to work with their children,thus forming a special vulnerable group of migrant children.Education is a major event with far-reaching influence in the process of children's development.As the first school in children's life,the importance of family education is self-evident,but it is restricted by traditional concepts,family status,social policies,etc.There is the deficiency of family education.This study selects the lack of family education for migrant children as the entry point for research,and the research team's work interventions improve the effectiveness of the lack of family education for migrant children.Through the study of domestic and foreign literature and network materials,we have a preliminary understanding of the current situation of mobile children and family education research.Considering all aspects of the factors,the mobile children's families in the A community in Qingdao,Shandong Province were selected as the research object,and 30 floating children's families were selected as the research objects of the questionnaire interviews.The theory of advantage perspective,social learning theory and social support theory the social work professional theory is used as a guide,and the data of the research object is collected by using the social work interview method and the questionnaire survey method.The analysis of the data found that the children of migrant children in the region have a lot of problems such as weak parental education,lack of communication between parents and children,deficiency of care for children,psychological and behavioral deviations of children,migrant parents and migrant children themselves.There are many problems that need to be solved.Through comprehensive consideration of the research object,intervention activities and implementation effects,it is decided to adopt the working method of group work intervention,select 6 households participating in the questionnaire interview to carry out intervention work,and carry out a series of parent-child growth development group activities to meet the needs of the client.The main goal is to stimulate the potential of the client and to develop the ability of the client to deal with the problem.By participating in group activities,the progress and growth of the client has been achieved,and the group'sgoals have been basically achieved.In the process of group intervention activities and after the group activities,the process evaluation of the effectiveness of the group activities,the feedback of the whole group activity process and the feedback of the service objects are analyzed and evaluated.Through process evaluation and results evaluation,it is found that the intervention activities of the group work have played a significant role in correcting the behavioral and psychological deviations of migrant children,establishing parents' educational concepts,improving parent-child relationship,and improving the quality of family education.Recognition.At the same time,combined with the research conclusions,it provides countermeasures and suggestions for the relevant departments to improve and introduce relevant policies,and has reference value for theoretical and practical experience in conducting academic research in related fields in the future.
