Research On The Urban Pension Issues

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the continuous increase in the average life expectancy, the rapid increase in the elderly population, which leads the increasingly serious elderly pension problem. The pension problem is directly related to the living conditions of the elderly, but also related to the stability and development of the whole society, we need special attention. Therefore, it is imperative to solve the problem of our country constantly emerging in the elderly pension. This paper is about 60 years of age and older based on Garden community situation in Chaohu Woniushan street. Using the questionnaire method of quantitative analysis and literature research, fields visits and interviews investigation of qualitative analysis, obtain the first-hand materials of Garden community old-aged situation. On the basis of analysis and thinking the existing pension problem of Garden community, discusses the elderly pension issues exist in Garden community and cause of the problem, proposed some constructive comments on solving the pension issues.This paper consists of five parts:The first part is introduction, introduces the research background and significance of the urban pension, related literature review, presented the research method.The second part is mainly about the basic situation of the garden community, as well as the basic pension status. Points properties including the content of the elderly population in the community, the way of living, economic income, education situation, nursing home situation as well as the leisure entertainment.The third part mainly includes two parts:First, to explore the garden community’s current pension problems in five main areas which includes policy support, pension funds, pension mode, pension services and community aging development; Second, discussed the specific reason for these five aspects problems. Including pension propaganda is not enough, a serious shortage of funding, implementation of the policy is not enough, less social capital participation, a greater impact on the traditional concept, the family becomes less small, the quality of employees is not high, lack of awareness of pension regulation.The fourth part in view of the pension problems in garden community, put forward constructive suggestions. Including highlight the leading role of government, protect pension funds, establish diversified pension system, promote the development of pension services and carry out the community work on aging effectively.The fifth part is conclusion, summarizes the main research achievements. Reflects on the shortcomings in the course of the study and in need of improvement.
