The Problem And Countermeasure Research Of The University Students Village Official System

The university student village official plan is an important talent strategy of the party and our country. To be specific, the problems lie in the selection system selection standard deviation and appointment system mismatch. The training system is imperfect and the university’s absence in the training system and the training institutionalization is not enough. The examining of university student village official consulted the examining methods of junior civil servants and the examination index is not targeted, so the effect of the check-up system is not obvious. The current security system of university student village official can not make the village officers focus on their work and the main reason is that the political security, economic security, social security is insufficient in the security system.
