A Study On The Causes And Resolution Strategies Of Environment-related Group Events

At the special period of the social transition, our country has experienced the high economic development, accelerated interest differentiation and more social conflicts.Our country has already entered a risk society. The incidents caused by environment issues at the rate of 29% rise year by year which has become a major political issue.Based on this, this article is in an attempt to explore the deep-seated reasons of environmental mass incidents and suggest a new way to solve incidents.The introduction includes the following aspects such as research background,research ideas and research methods, and the corresponding review of relevant research at home and abroad.First the core concepts and related theories are defined introducing general group events and NIMBY events reference, so it’s necessary to analysis its connotation and characteristics. At the same time, China’s environmental status and trend are expounded through the introduction of two typical environmental group events.In the third part the reasons of the group incidents of environment are the result of internal and external environment interaction from the inherent motivations to external environment.Finally, resolution of environmental group events is comprehensive management process, which need a new path to solve the problem of environmental group events from two perspectives.
