The Research On Government Guidance To Central Enterprises On Fulfilling Social Responsibility-taking

Modern society is a community consists of government, enterprises, citizens and non-governmental organizations. The central enterprise, plays an important role in the system of social governance, it also plays an important part in public affairs management which is decided by its special nature. As the national economy development, corporate social responsibility is different from the ordinary enterprise.The central enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibilities, in order to ensure its important role, it also requires the government to effectively guide and promote, in the economic development of our country. For this purpose, the government should transform its functions, the only way to play a leading and exemplary role of the central enterprises in the economic and social development, which is conducive to enhancing the level of social governance. This paper takes Jiangsu Electric Power Company as an example, taking the literature research, case study method, analysis, summary as research methods, based on the social responsibility and the social governance theories.This paper also analysis the current situation, the problems, the necessity and the urgency of the government pushing the central enterprises to fulfill social responsibility.At last this paper explores the methods of the government to guide the central enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities in our country.
